UX Engineer · Product Team LeadA closer look at finding a store, sending a parcel, and tracking it home. I redesigned nine flows across the Indopaket website.
The tricky part: Unlabeled shipping actions, map-blocking store details, and dead-end feedback made core tasks hard to follow.
What I built: Nine redesigned flows with clearer actions, compact store cards, recovery states, and focused account pages.
- 9 core flows redesigned across 6 customer journeys — homepage, store locator, shipping, tracking, registration, and OTP
- Redesign decisions informed by Hotjar behavioral analysis and heuristic evaluation
- Restructured navigation to reduce fragmented entry points across core shipping tasks

Indopaket 3PL Operations Platform
INTERNAL OPERATIONS PLATFORMFrontend architecture · Operational UI systemsLand and air shipments take different paths. I built the frontend that helps operations teams work through both.The tricky part: Land and air shipments need different sequences, while operators need actions relevant to their role and the current stage.
What I built: Separate shipment workflows, role-aware navigation, shared validation, and loading, empty, and error states.

From the first question to the last little detail
How I work
Listen first
Who’s using this? Where do they get stuck? I start there, then work through the rules and technical constraints.
Work through the details
I map the steps, question the labels, and make room for the things that don’t go to plan. Empty states need care too.
Bring it to life
Then I write the frontend, including the loading, error, and awkward in-between states. They’re part of the experience.

I’d love to join a team that asks good questions and cares about the people using what we build. Logistics, commerce, and the everyday tools behind them are familiar territory. A tricky workflow to untangle? I’m listening.
